Boehmite production


HYDROTHERMA team has developed the unique revolutionary technology for environmentally safe, energy-efficient & law cost method of nano- crystalline boehmite & hydrogen production.

The technology is based on the process of supercritical hydrothermal oxidation of aluminum powder.The technology is capable to produce on an industrial scale fully crystallized, nanocrystalline aluminum hydroxide (boehmite) and high purity hydrogen, which quality meets high European standards.


Clean energy production



One of the greatest advantages of the SCHTO technology is that, even when its main application is boehmite production, our technology at the same time proved to be the best alternative for clean energy production. 

SCHTO process of aluminum powder oxidation takes place with emanation of hydrogen and heat, sufficient not only for supplying the plant itself but it also can transfer some energy to external customers.

Hydrogen, produced in SCHTO installations, is considered to be "the fuel of the future" - ecological clean & energy- effective.


Recycling & waste disposal 


For effective and efficient destruction of wastes and toxic substances we propose to use our developed  hydrothermal oxidation (HTO) technology, which allows to carry out the recycling and utilization of different kinds of wastes (including hazardous & toxic) into harmless products without the risk for environmental pollution.

The technology provides the oxidation of more than 99.9 % of the organic compounds in the initial mixture into an environmentally safe products, suitable for subsequent implementation in agriculture and industry. As solid waste are formed nanostructured oxides and salts of metals, have a commercial value.
