HYDROTHERMAL OXIDATION (HTO) technology for RECYCLING WASTES

600px-Nuvola_apps_important_recycle.svg.pngFor effective and efficient destruction of wastes and highly toxic substances we propose to use hydrothermal oxidation (HTO), which allows to carry out the recycling and utilization of different kinds of wastes (including highly toxic and low-radioactive liquids) into harmless products without the risk for environmental pollution.

The technology provides oxidation of not less than 99.9% of organic compounds in the mixture into environmentally safe products.

The main features and competitive advantages of the HTO: high technical and economic efficiency, versatility, environmental friendliness, operativeness.

Among the numerous existing methods of destruction of hazardous and toxic substances only the HTO method allows to destroy most organic compounds, which are major components of toxic wastes and effluents, almost completely. The HTO technology ensures the destruction of toxic substances to produce harmless gaseous products of CO2 and nitrogen.

Our installations of hydrothermal oxidation technology for waste recycling experimentally verified environmentally safe recycling and disposal of various waste and highly toxic substances. 

During the recycling process nanostructured oxides and salts of metals of commercial value are generated as solid waste.

Competitive advantages of SHTO technology (in comparison with the existing methods):

  • efficiency - efficiency of neutralization of main pollutants - not less than 99,9%;

  • universality - apply to a wide range of organic compounds, including hardly oxidized, as well as metals and elementorganic compounds. Processed organic and inorganic pollutants do not require prior separation. Technology may be used SCHTO in any other technological chain of the enterprise. There are various variants of installation - mobile (on a trailer, the vehicle) and stationary (a plant of the municipal level).

  • mobility - the installation can be delivered directly to the production site, and waste storage limitations on the placement of no. The plant has a modular design, that provides increase of its productivity by increasing the number of reactor units. Depending on the volume of recyclable waste, we offer different tipes of plants: from a mobile mini-plant - to the plant of the municipal level.

  • efficiency + energy efficiency in processing of waste is a source of return high-energy heat, which allows in some cases to achieve not only full of energy self supplying is given, but also the creation of additional energy. In the content of organic matter in the sewage of more than 10% of the destruction process proceeds without consumption of heat for heating;

  • security - the process of waste recycling takes place in a closed system, to ensure the full isolation of toxic and dangerous destruction of substances; get into the atmosphere only end harmless the reaction products; the occurrence of emergency situations installation in the automatic mode stops its work. There is no need to drain the destruction of the effluents.

The results of experimental studies on the SCHTO plant have shown a high degree of oxidation of various organic wastes, that confirms the possibility of energy-efficient and environmentally-safe wastes recycling using the developed technology.
